Partner Gary A. Kovacic will be the Program Co-Chair at CLE International’s Eminent Domain Conference in San Diego. Partners Charles Cummings and Karyn McCreary Jakubowski will be among the faulty presenting at this prestigious conference.
Gary Kovacic will moderate the sessions “What’s Wrong with the Law of Severance Damages?” and “Mediation.” Charles Cummings will be on the panel for the “Nuts and Bolts of an Eminent Domain Trial” session. Karyn Jakubowski’s session is entitled, “Issues with Prejudgment Possession”.
